I signed up for a promotional delivery for 3 months. Never was I aware that they would keep charging me after this.

Not only did the paper get delivered only about 3 out of the 7 days a week, but a few months later I got a collections bill. I never received any notice that money was due, nor an email or phone call. I called that day and was assured it would be taken care of and my account would be cancelled. Well, 3 days later that paper started showing up again.

Called and said my subscription would be cancelled that day. Still got the paper after that and another bill.

I will not be paying them any more money and have no idea how to get it through to them that I want everything CANCELLED. DO NOT ORDER THE PAPER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service, Terrible delivery service, Billing issues.

Same thing happened to us. Stopped service because of amount of "non-deliveries".

Complained numerous times.

Just got second notice from collection agency ($11.59). Call customer service that must be trained to not budge.
