Can not count on delivery ...at least once a week my paper is missing !!

Delivery ....at least once or sometimes twice a week I do not get my paper in the morning...and I only get it Wed. through Sunday. It is very distressing having to call and ask for a replacement!

Delivery Problems

181 days without a newspaper delivery. I have called every day , i HAVE EMAILED AND i HAVE SPOKEN TO PEOPLE IN THE Philippines. No satisfaction and no newspaper. I would like my money refunded all I get is credit. Credit for what?

I made three phone calls to cancel my subscription. I was told that it was taken care of, but I did not receive a refund. I once again called and was told I had to wait.

I was told that my payment was already processed and could not be canceled. I asked for a supervisor and was then able to cancel and receive a partial refund. Very disappointing!!

Delivery Issues

150 Days without a newspaper. Have called every day and e-mailed and the issue is not taken care of. Maybe the newspaper should be called The Mourning Call because all you do is mourn and nothing is done about it. The paper advertises that they want new customers and give great rates but what about the people who have been customers for over 60 years and can't get their paper. Advertisers pay good money to the Morning Call so people see there products and buy them I wonder if they know about people not getting their newspaper. Think about it MORNING CALL.

We moved in august. Notified morning call change of address. Instead of just changing address they canceled my account. I was given a new number. Pay that the new account number but the account t sos

Cannot come tact C/S as they still have not changed the NEW ACCOUNT ONFO on line. Cannot complain. Their absering service dies not work and they NEVER answer the phone. I have complained since august. When it was possible to talk to a human they promise it would be changed. Well since august not fixed. Dont get my paper s d ca not even complain. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Delivery failure

After told we would start receiving the Sunday paper on 10/31/21, we finally received one today, 11/14/21. Thank you!

Tried for three years to get paper delivered,did not receive one paper,am so dis gisted

I have been trying to get the paper delivered for three years now and have not yet got one paper,whats up with the delivery!!!! Once I even recieved a bill and yet NEVER got one ,yet they call me all the time to sell me the paper and to this day I never got one,I am ready to give up with the whole thing.Mary Stauffer!!!!

That have stopped delivering our paper after 15 yrs

My father is 93 and has few pleasures in life. He loves the paper. In the last 2 week he has received his paper 1 time. I call every say to report it, speak to foreign reps, who promise the paper will arrive tomorrow. Everyday I drive to get a paper from the store. No help from calls or online please help

Not getting a paper that is paid for

i pay my bill and do not get a paper when i call all i get is i am sorry for the incoveince in the last month i have not gotten a paper 6 times all they do is lie to you i have been a customer for 39 years and this the way they treat customers what do i have to do to get a paper delevered which is paid for have contacted bbb and talked to an advocate from morning call and still nothing gets done even though they say it will be fixed all it gets is worse and worse what kind of business is this TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT GIVE YOU YOUR PRODUCT

NO DELIVERY OF PAPER

Live on a rural route and haven't had our newspaper delivered since July 14, 2021! No carrier available and District Manager doesn't deliver either even though we are paid up with our subscription. Keep having to call for a credit - who knows if that is even happening behind the scenes! TOTAL UNACCEPTABLE. AdvertiserDONs

User's recommendation: DON'T SUBSCRIBE - Advertisers not getting what they are paying for because paper is not reaching thousands of customers!!!

Delv'd MCall. Pay your carriers-mileage-supply r bands-bags. Advertisers not getting what they paid for. Sunday's 1,000+ UNDELIVERED papers. Mr. Freeman should be ashamed. Next step-contact the BBB if I don't hear back within a week from MCall

Poor service

I receive my paper daily in my e-mail. I have not received it since Wednesday 9/15. My account is paid in full. I even spoke to a customer service rep and I still have no paper. What the heck is going on. This has never happened before. Very disappointed.

I haven't received a newspaper for 67 days in a row and no one at the Morning Call seems to care. What customer service, there isn't any. I'm completely discussed and wouldn't recommend the Morning Call to my worst enemy.
